Just had my TAB S10+ updated from UI6.1.1 to UI7, doesn't seem much difference to me, don't know what the fuss is about...

The fuss was made, in my opinion, by impatience.

It's literally just a reworked UI, but nothing extravagant...theres a few cool features which Id reccomend looking at. There's an app called "Tips" check it out

Tips is one of the apps Samsung pre installed on your device, after doing the update it normally takes you on a tour on what's new. That's nothing new. But to me I'd rather have the ui 6. Version, Samsung has spoilt what was a good format.

Depends what you want i suppose, I rarely use AI, I think the thing i use is the "circle to search" function
