Hello community,

I had an issue with the new book cover keyboard I just bought on Oct 8th for my Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra but it wasn't working... if you're having this problem, this is the solution: Go to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install. Download the latest UI and install it, after that, reboot your Tab and you'll be all set. Hope it works!

I had a same issue with my tab S9+ and cover book S10+. The UI upgrade solved it.

Great suggestion. Worked for me too with a Galaxy Tab S9 FE 5G and matching Book Cover Keyboard bought today that were not connecting.

I got the new Tab S10+ and the bookcover key. Suddenly the touchpad is not working and everytime I attached the keyboard a message appear that the touchpad is turned off. I check the SW updates and my SW is up to date. Any clue?

mrk2001 for you issue hit the Fn button + space bar. that is the toggle for turning your trackpad in and off.

I hope that fixes your issue. I'm still having issues my software is up to date and my trackpad is toggled in. Black to google I go.

I have the tab s10 ultra with the AI book keyboard, the touchpad is very laggy and the top section is not responsive but in a very strange way, when starting from the top the cursor starts to move when my fingers almost reach the center of the touchpad, then the scrolling up and down with two fingers is not working but only on Chrome. Not sure if this is a software bug or hardware issue but has been reported from many people. It is unacceptable for a manufacturer like samsung to sell non optimised products. It is damaging for their reputation.

I literally created this account to tell you this. Thanks you so muchhhhh! I searched everywhere to find why my touchpad wasn't working after i cleaned it up and found nothing. I Thought it was the alcohol I used and was praying for it to be the a keyboard command because I didn't want to believe I fkd up. Thank youuu
