    <description>I've tried safe mode and this didn't help&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I've connected to my laptop using smart switch and this tells me the latest software is loaded. Therefore the issue might be, the software is telling me that there is an update, but in fact there isn't one.&lt;BR /&gt;My latest software ends in XH1 August 1st 2024</description>
