Thanks. I tried it. But, in order to use the code, I need to use it on the samsung shop app. And, for some reasons, I can't open the app. It keeps disapearing from the google play and samsung store. So, I can't really use the code. That's why I am here to look for another code that some people has it but not planning to use it.

Ah. There's not really codes for the webpage. Perhaps I can try help with your app issue? Go to settings- apps- find samsung store app- clear cache- uninstall- reinstall

Yep!! I tried with a staff from Samsung earlier via chat. Somehow it didn't work. He suggested to do a factory setting again. And, that's quite a work at the moment.

Hm. I must suggest two more thing. As the last thing we want is to have to factory reset.

Hold the Power button AND Volume Down for about 10 seconds.

If that doesn't work, wipe the phone cache:
Turn off the device. Connect to a computer or plug in USB-C headphones. Press and hold the Volume Up key, then press and hold the Power key. When the Android logo displays, release the keys. A message will show for 30–60 seconds until system recovery menu options appear. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight "clear cache". Press the Power key to select. Press the Volume down key to highlight "yes," then press the Power key to select. When the clear cache partition is complete, "Reboot system now" will be highlighted. Press the Power key to restart the device.

Thank you, thank you and thank you!!! I really appreicate that you try to help me. With the staff on the chat, I have tried the stage 'hold power button' thing. And, it didn't work. And, he asked me to connect to computer. And, that's the reason that I am getting a tablet as my laptop doesn't work anymore. So, he said the last option to do the factory reset..And, that's what I am hesitating at the moment as I don't have any other device to backup and don't want to take a risk to loose everything on my phone. I was doing it if I have to do after I get a tablet. But, it seems like chicken or egg by now. 😂

Do you have any usbc headphones? That can be done instead of a pc.

Worst case if you do have to reset fully you can back everything directly in smart switch app! Theres a little cloud at the top right.

Thank you for the help!!! I will try my best to follow the steps. I am not confident at all as I haven't done so this kind of jobs before. I haven't been successful the backup thing before. Everyone says it is easy. But, for me, it is something that I want to avoid it. I really appreciate for your help though. I really mean it. However, I am not really confident to go for it. I just hope there is a kind person to help me with their unwanted code if there is one. THANKS!!!!
