My Galaxy Tab A9+ Wi-Fi is already heating up, but I just turned it on. It's heating near the part I circled in the image. I'm scared it might overheat, please help.

This is quite common, May I ask what type of things ur doing on ur tablet? Browsing the web, gaming, video calls etc?
Gaming can make any device heat up, but if it overheats it'll automatically stop charging and I'm nearly sure if it gets too hot it'll warn you. I advice you to install a battery monitor app to tell the temperature of your battery, if its above 30° then id recommend to cool it or take a break.
