Apps not fully displayed when opened.

I just noticed recently that when I open an app on my Tab9 tablet, it does not fully open. I have to click on the double edged arrow on top right of the screen to make the page bigger. Any ideas please. It's driving me nuts. I've checked on the display on settings and no display settings seems to correct the problem. It is so annoying whenever you open an app this problem is there.

Hi! Please make sure to disable the one-handed mode from the Advanced Features section. This might help resolve the issue you're facing with the phone.

Thanks so much. Mind you, this is Tab9 tablet and not a phone. Anyway, I'll give it a try.

I've just had a look, but there's no such one-handed mode feature. Thanks Tcburak.

Advanced features -> One handed mode disable it, same in tablets

@tcburak I managed to find the solution. I switched off the DeX function. Don't really know its function. Thank you for your efforts.

This is now solved. Disable DeX as seen in the attached picture. 👍🏿

I had the same problem, then noticed that the font had been changed after the update.

I changed the font to default and the windows are now opening as they did before.
