      <title>Caps Lock and Shift Keys Not Responding Book Cover Keyboard</title>

      <description>Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I have a book cover keyboard for my tab s8+ and all of a sudden the caps lock and shift keys will not respond. All other keys including the function key appear to work. The keyboard is not physically damaged and is set to the correct language. A soft reset has not fixed. Any clues as to what is going on in the settings or software as its rendered the book keyboard cover almost useless.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Thanks&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same problem for me. At least I would guess it's the same. However I first noticed the issue right after updating to Android 15 / One UI 7.0. Before the update everything was fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now Shift and Caps-Lock are not really "not working" but the behavior is strange: Using the keyboard I would press Shift + letter key to e. g. get an upper case letter. That won't work now. Instead I'll have to press and release the Shift key first and then I'll have to press the letter key.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That workaround will do the trick, but it's absolutely akward and a deal breaker for all kind of fast writing with 10 fingers.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I really cannot understand why this seems to be wildly unnoticed and seems to be completely ignored by Samsung support. I've spent almost 400 € on this totally overprized piece of plastic just to get a keyboard thats (now) kind of useless. Really annoying and not what I came to expect from Samsung.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was having this issue, then I went to Settings -&amp;gt; Accessibility -&amp;gt; Sticky Keys and turned them off. I never turned them on to begin with but it fixed it for me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
