Galaxy Tab S7+ how to update when it reports up to date

Having had enough of Apple IOS with an iPad I recently purchased TAB S7+ (refurb). Delighted with the screen quality, S pen and system speed but one thing is puzzling me.

I understood that the last update version available for this was Android13 + UI 5.1 and that the unit could be updated to this. My software info. shows:
One UI version 3.1
Android Version 11

Trying to update the software again today without success!
Pressing software update tells me software up to date and current version T9070XXS2BUC1 / Security patch level 1 March 2021

I hope that I am just missing something to enable update to the last version of OneUI and Android. Help please

I had the same issue with my s24 ultra, if you have a pc, use Odin to update it. Make sure you select the correct firmware for it.
