I had the same issue with my s24 ultra, if you have a pc, use Odin to update it. Make sure you select the correct firmware for it.

Having had enough of Apple IOS with an iPad I recently purchased TAB S7+ (refurb). Delighted with the screen quality, S pen and system speed but one thing is puzzling me.

I understood that the last update version available for this was Android13 + UI 5.1 and that the unit could be updated to this. My software info. shows:
One UI version 3.1
Android Version 11

Trying to update the software again today without success!
Pressing software update tells me software up to date and current version T9070XXS2BUC1 / Security patch level 1 March 2021

I hope that I am just missing something to enable update to the last version of OneUI and Android. Help please

There can be isues if using Tablet outsode of intended region, though may not necessarily be thge reason. In amy case would advise trying Smart switch first. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-update-latest-software-for-your-galaxy-mobile-device/
