Yeah I am aware of most of the youtubers. However I think a lot of their comments are speculation rather than actual fact... and not necessarily instances of customers having swollen batteries.

We aren't talking about battery capacity or phone charge levels... what we are talking about here is safety.

What I do know is that samsung take battery issues and swelling batteries VERY SERIOUSLY.

If you suspect a device with a swollen battery or believe that there is a safety issue with any device, then definitely contact the Samsung customer service team immediately. They I am sure will be happy to evaluate the issue and safety.

Kind regards
Smiley

So I have had my tab s9 ultra about a year now.

Now when I use it to write and take notes I can physically push the screen down ever so slightly about 0.5 mm. Only where one of the battery's are. What should I do?

That's the battery. Unfortunately, Samsung devices are known for this issue. I would recommend messaging Samsung support and see what they say

'Samsung devices are known for this issue'.

Just to question about your comment. Is there some information that you know that no-one else does?

I mean I have owned samsung devices for 10+ years, and other than the one device S7 issue that was made very public and resulted in a mass recall and taking from sale... I don't ever recall any samsung device battery issues?

In fact I would go as far as to say the samsung batteries these days are very good and that the design is played very safe... after the S7 problems.

So if you have some context to share to the forum with some factual information we would be happy to hear?

Smiley

Many posts on different apps like reddit, and Mrwhosetheboss on YouTube has talked about this before. Look him up on YouTube. Also I had a similar thing happen with my Gapaxy s20, which tbh was really known for the battery expanding. If im being honest, I don't think the newest devices should have this problem, but it can happen to any device/battery. I would contact Samsung support to see what they can do.
