Samsung Tab A keeps turning off

I have a Samsung Tab A 10.1 that when I try to put to standby shuts down immediately. Along that, the Home button, when I try to exit an app, doesn't work.

I can only turn on my tablet if I press the Power+Volume Up key.

Do you think there is something I can do about it?

@EuricoSerradas: If you connect the tablet to your charger, and try to power it on via the Power button alone, is this possible or do you still need to use the Power+Volume Up combo? If it's the latter then I recommend visiting a Support Centre to arrange for the device to be inspected by an engineer.
