Lee, I’ve A8 tablet and the same has happened to me. No idea how it happened. I always keep it in a case too. Samsung shop in Kings Cross Ldn just dismissed me. It should be more durable!

Did you get any success with sorting this out??

Mine is almost unwatchable. The screen has so much interference-horizontal lines.

Learnt my lesson the hard way. Buy Apple products 🤷‍♀️

It’s not good enough. I’ve had many iPads over the years and never had any issues.
