Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ Lines on Screen

Been loving my A9+ Tab for the last few months but now have faint dark and evenly spaced lines on the screen, pic attached. Tried everything I could think of but nothing seems to get rid of them, tablet isn't damaged in any way as just lives on my desk.

Anyone experienced the same / know how to get rid of them?

Any help is appreciated, now that I've seen them I can't un see it! Thanks

Thanks Carl, will be the next step. Though I'd have one last go at finding a quick fix here!
