Tab A7 Lite Wifi - no vibrate function?

The vibration function on my Galaxy Tab A7 Lite Wifi tablet has disappeared, any thoughts on how to get it back?!

The name of the menu in the settings panel has also changed to just 'Sounds' rather than 'Sounds and Vibration'. I'm only given the option of 'Sound' or 'Mute on both this menu panel and the quick access menu.

Has any one else had this issue? The tablet did recently update, but I can't be 100% sure when this vibration function disappeared...please help!

Is anyone able to help with this? Or does anyone else have this tablet and have the vibrate function?

I've just purchased a brand new tablet and the same problem exists. Samsung live chat (spoken to 3 people) still maintaining that all their tablets should have vibrate function, but I cannot keep buying new tablets in the hope that they will have it!

I'm attaching a screenshot of the Sounds menu that I am seeing on both tablets.

I am working on fixing one of these tablets and there is no vibration motor inside. There is a slot for one but it's not there. Checked on another one of the same model and it also doesn't have it.

Are you positive it used to vibrate at all?

The lite versions do not have a vibration motor inside. If you think it vibrated before then this is a Mandela effect. If you want one that has vibration motor you need to get full version.
