Samsung tab A9+ multi touch isssue

I have had this problem since I got this tablet 1 week ago. It really only happens when I am playing games and never when in an app. The issue is that the tablet has difficulty operating on more than one finger on the screen at a time causing the camera on Cod Mobile or Roblox to jitter making it almost impossible to play in any way other than one finger at a time putting me at an unfair disadvantage that shouldn't really be there to begin with.

I would love any help concerning this problem. Thank you in advance.

I find it outrageous that Samsung has done nothing about this problem for weeks. I bought one of these tablets yesterday and this problem came up immediately. Not only in games, but also on google maps for example. I downloaded a touchscreen test program and there it is nice to see that everything is fine with 1 and 3-5 fingers, but it keeps jamming with 2 finger touch. What I play with is also confusing, you can't move the character in certain situations or the map can't be zoomed in or out. There are also complaints on Reddit. Sad that Samsung can do this. Luckily I can return it so I don't lose much money on it, but after this I will think 100 times about buying a Samsung device.

I've had this issue for multiple weeks now and I think it's a software bug.

Having the same issue since i bought this tablet.it usually gets better when i plug headphones or charger cable.But i guess i will change my rom because of this problem.But i really dont regret buying this tablet cause its cheap af in our country.So if you are ok with warranty expires,you can also try installing lineage or pixel experience.

Bought the Tablet 5 days ago, same Proble.

Updated the Tablet to Android 14 / One Ui6 today, problem is still there.

I think it's best so just return the tablet and search for another one, if they can't fix such a thing in 3 months who knows if they ever will.

I also have multitouch issue on A9+. The fact there's NO official response after being out for 4 months really surprised me - I thought Samsung was better than that. Most PC games I play (from small or large studios) acknowledge bugs/issues after 1-2 days feedback... so 4 months and nothing? I'm refunding my A9+ today... I wouldn't be if there was ANY official recognition of there being an issue/fix.

Just bought this for my daughters birthday and I'm worried now. The reason I chose this was rhe SD695 and 8gb ram . On paper will be perfect for roblox. Her birthday is on Thursday so I will update when she opens it

Just received our son's Samsung Galaxy A9 +. Straight away the two finger zoom for Roblox wont work. NIGHTMARE! Has anyone any suggestions how to fix this or do I need to return it asap?

Ireland. I have the 4gb 64GB one. I have arranged for Currys to take it back and refund me as Samsung's response was:

But even Curry's said that a replacement could have the exact same issue. So now I have tried Lenovo P11 Gen 2 (issues with wifi disconnecting), Samsung Galaxy A9+ (touch screen issues in Roblox). I am losing the will to deal with all these substandard tablets. I dont know what to go for next for our son 😞 We dont have hundreds to spend

In the process of returning my tab a9. It's getting collected tomorrow.

I still can't believe a £200 + Samsung tablet is unable to play games. Its ridiculous actually. Imagine how much of a market they are losing out on. Also, the next tablet up from tab a9+ is s9fe, which costs 200 more than this. As the tablet is for my daughter I'm not willing to spend this much for an 8 year old. So that means I will have to buy a tablet from a different manufacturer, so now they lose a sale and a customer!
