Time Wrong

New s2 tablet. If I set time to auto, status bar time is 1 hour earlier while weather/time widget on home page is correct. If I turn off auto and set time manually, then weather/time widget is 1 hour earlier. Please help?

We're not quite sure where it's saying 'Success'. It's not on ours?

Let's check that the software on your Tablet is up to date. Go to Apps > Settings > Software update > Download updates manually. Also, let's try a soft reset on the tablet. This will end all processes and give the tablet a fresh start. To do this, press and hold the 'Power' and 'Volume Down' buttons until the tablet restarts.

I think the word 'success' comes up when your post as successfully been posted. It's not in reference to the post being solved.

Can you try clearing the cache of your phone?

Settings > Device Care > Storage > Clear Cache.

No joy Tracy. At the suggestion of someone else, I've put the Samsung widget back to bed and have installed a similar (and accurate widget from HD Widgets in the Google Playstore. Thanks for your time Mike and Tracy.

Are you sure you put the good GMT hour in Parameters/Global Gestion ? it could be set OK in your widget but not necessary in your device
