    <description>&lt;P&gt;When trying to enroll a fingerprint, it keeps reporting "wipe sensor". Eventually it gets enrolled but I had to touch about 40x. When authing, same thing. At best I need 3 tries to get authed but often more.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this expected?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It is quite bad for me too. There is only 5 tries before I have to input the password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Deleting and adding the finger again doesn't help much.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I did a hard reset (factory reset) without using backup. After hard reset, the scanner works much better. It is not perfect, but much more reliable. Try to reset and let me know if it also helps you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
