Hi,
Not sure if you already have this sorted as an old post...
I'm assuming your Epson printer is connected to your network (wireless or ethernet) to print wirelessly from tablet?
Simply install:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=epson.print
And add new printer.

You should then be able to use various apps to print to your Epson.
If not printing check the plug in is installed correctly and active in Settings (setting can be hidden in connections and varies on Android version).

On your Android device, download the Epson Print Enabler plug-in from Google Play. Go to settings on your Android device, select printers, and enable the Epson plug-in. Connect your Android device to the same wireless network as your product. Now you are ready to print.
