Settings>>sounds and vibrations >>volume>>3 dot menu in upper right corner>>media volume limit.

@utubeugbfuidu: Although a PIN is involved, I don't think that this would be classed as a security setting. With this in mind, please try heading to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset all settings > Reset settings.

Now, head back to Settings > Sounds and vibration > Volume > 3 dots > Media volume limit, and check to see if the PIN can be re-added from here.
