Samsung galaxy tab s8 book cover keyboard not working

Hello! i received the Book Cover Keyboard as a reward for my Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra, and the keyboard is not working, the touchpad is working, but i tried all the possibilities and unfortunately i cannot write anything with the keyboard, does anyone know what should i do? or how can i replace it or send it to warranty or something?

The keyboard is not working on Galaxy phones or tablet
Use the default Samsung Keyboard.
Optimize with Battery and device care.
Restart your device.

Hello every time I try and text on my s8 using the keyboard cover only certain letters work and the back space doesn't either it is really annoying so to message I have to take the cover off and use the manual keyboard

My Trackpad isn't working on my S8 Ultra keyboard, any idea's to get it going again, Everything else is but the Trackpad?
