Why wont my tablet let me download Facebook?

I have a few things to try,

Can you download any other Apps?
Go to Application manager and check see if it is already in stalled (some times if not used it is hidden)
Go to the Google app store direct and see if it say's installed (Via a pc logged in with your Google account)
Run a device maintenance clean (Samsungs own app)

let me know should the problem continue and we can try some thing else.

In the interim you could access your Facebook by using the URL box in your browser and save that as a link to your homepage.

Other options are Facebook Lite if available in your PlayStore as it's country dependant but if not then a person can sideload it via an Apk file.
