      <description>&lt;P&gt;Samsung customer service all load of rubbish.&amp;nbsp; Regarding the Uber eats voucher they have not go a clue, very unprofessional, unreliable the customer service advisor. They tell you to go from one department to another, then another "like the chuckle brothers"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One advisor told me to contact Uber eats, I told Samsung I purchased the phone off you not Uber, she / he hung up the phone, not for the first time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I spoke to Michael on live chat he was very apologetic, he tried his best but was not able to help me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So all I can say is as it's a breach on contract we should return the phones back to Samsung and see if they do anything about it(sounds petty) but if the shoes where on the other end they would want full payment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Think by luck more than anything&lt;BR /&gt;All I can share is u need a payment method set at your card and need the full funds on the card.&lt;BR /&gt;My order was over 25.00 at thr bottom of the order I had a voucher section clicked on that then voucher come off total with a balance to be paid that had to go against my card. Took ages to work out.</description>
