Multicontrol is not working

I have bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE at the end of november just because of the possibility to use multicontrol function to use together with my samsung galaxy pro 360, but just one week later the function has stop working.

I've tried to redefine the wifi function, I've tried to delete and instal again the second screen apo in my notebook, and several other actions.

Both devieces are connected in the same wifi and with bluetooth ON.

PS: My tablet has not one UI 5 yet because it was not release to my region.

Someone has some adivice or knows somenthinh regarding it?

Sorry can not help as I am facing the same problem with Galaxy Book Pro 360 and S22 Ultra. It used to work perfectly fine, but unfortunately it stopped couple of months ago. Transferring files works the same but copy pasting content/clipboard does not work at all.

And it is very annoying that a big brand like Samsung has not been able to fix it yet, and also there is no dedicated support.

Same problem here. I can use mouse and keyboard by MultiControl, but drag and drop images doesn't work at all.

S23 Ultra and Galaxy Book3 360.

It's hard even to find the correct channel to warn developers to fix it.

I have similar issue except that it shows up connected but the mouse doesn't move over onto my mobile (s22 ultra) used to work fine then stopped. Really annoying because it's something I use regularly

I have the same freaking issue. I connect my a53 to samsung book 4 everything connects but sometimes it allows the mouse cursor to move over sometimes it doesnt. Mostly doesn't work nor does drag drop files or the copy paste. Cant understand whats the use of being such a large conpany if u still can't even fix these petty problem or have dedicated support for it
