WiFi issues

We have two Samsung tablets in our household. Both can't find our printer.

It's ip address ends .22 yet even using a Web browser we can't see this address.

Our two galaxy phones can see this in the web browser and connect to our printer.

Yet using the browser I can see .01 address of the router.

So any idea why our tables can access the .22 IP address?

As I'm sure this is why they can't find our printer

So all phones, tablets and the printer are on the wifi network? but the tablets are unable connect to the WiFi printer correct?

What printer do you have? and how are you connecting to the printer?

Yes all Samsung devices are on the same WiFi network.
The printer is a Brother. Plug in and software downloaded and installed.

Do you have a PC/Laptop? Could you try ping each and every device? And see it you can reach them?

Yes, my laptop can access .22 ip address, as can our phones. The issue is the tablets can't.
Even using the same Web browser software ie chrome, and Samsung Internet Web browser
