      <description>Just set up my new Samsung galaxy tab s8 ultra. Transferred all data and apps via Bluetooth, then got a message saying device has been locked by Samsung. What do I need to do to resolve this issue?</description>

      <description>If you purchased the device from a third party retailer and its a used one.&lt;BR /&gt;Think I'd be looking at returning it.&lt;BR /&gt;If you purchased new, then try contacting the Samsung Customer Support to see if they can help. &lt;BR /&gt;</description>
