I've been using the brilliant free offline Maps.me app on my SM-T280 tablet for years. However, I had to reinstall and I can't get it anymore. The message says 'not compatible with your device'. Has anyone else had trouble?

If I have to get a different app, does anyone have any advice? It must be offline and suitable for hiking in the UK.

Thanks for reading,

Helen

contact the maker at android@maps.me giving them the error message you get. ( the app is still in the playstore , try to find it not in the play app but in the Internet browser. or visit their website

Thanks so much for the replies. I've sent a message to the developer (not holding out much hope though). In the meantime, I'm having a play around with Google to see if I like it. I've also discovered Organic Maps which looks remarkably like Maps.me.

Cheers, Helen
