    <description>&lt;P&gt;My tab s7 will not install the new update. It will not enter recovery mode or factory reset. Its only 7 months old. I've had the wefixit van out and it's a failing motherboard. Any one else had this ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Was the engineer able to perform the necessary repairs? If you're still having trouble updating via Settings &amp;gt; Software Update, then I recommend trying Smart Switch on your home computer. To begin with, please follow the link below, click on 'How Do I Get Smart Switch On My PC or Mac' and download the relevant version.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>No he's had to make another appointment which is 9 days away. My tablets only 7 months old. Its very poor service</description>
