Samsungnotes doesn't open any files ( pdf, pictures )

I tryed using the +pdf button , however it doesn't do anything .

when i open a new note and try to add a pdf file or a picture from there, again it does nothing, not even opening the file folder.

I tried opening the file from the file folder but again nothing happenes not even an error message.

I have an S7 if that correlates to this.

Thanks, for the recommendation, i'll look into that app, but my sister's tab is capable of opening and editing pdfs in samsungnotes, so i think mine should be able do the same.

The Samsung Galaxy Tablet have S-Pen support your phone doesn't that's why you are facing issues!

Could you clear this up? I dont understand the connections. If samsungnotes has features just for s pens (meaning, its for devices that have s pens as well, not just for the ones that dont), why wouldnt it open a pdf file?
