How does my friend factory reset there Samsung tablet?

My friend is trying to reset her Samsung tablet so she get her old Samsung account off it to login to her new Samsung account as she can't get access to her old email account to able to reset her old Samsung account password so she has made Samsung account?

She can't login as she don't remember the password and she don't have access to the email account that is registered to her Samsung account so she won't be able to get a reset link to change the password of her old Samsung account.

She can't factory reset her tablet as she can't login to her old account as she don't have access to her to her email account that is registered to her old Samsung account.

She might have to connect headphones or plug in to laptop / mac to get it to work , should imagine there's a video on YouTube

@Luke1931 Plugging into a powered on computer is the only way I can get my Tab A7 to go into recovery mode. It's a bit of a faff and people without one are screwed. I tried headphones and also the power adaptor but only the PC method works. Anyway the keys to hold down when it is turned off and plugged into a PC are Power and VOL UP together until the logo appears. Do not hold them any longer or the tablet will turn off again. In recovery mode she can factory reset without entering Samsung Account Details
