My daughter has locked her tablet and can't remember the login pattern. I've tried running the battery down and re-booting into safe mode but this doesn't work either. Any idea how I can gain access? Thanks

Thanks all. She disconnected it from the network to save battery so the remote unlock doesn't work - although it is handy to know about for my Samsung phone.

The recovery re-boot doesn't work either. Not sure if it is user error but it switches off then automatically reboots to the pattern prompt every time
