Galaxy a7 tablet

Just bought a Samsung galaxy A7 tablet and I'm trying to register my product on the Samsung website. It's asking for a model code, but I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Anyone have any ideas where it might be, the drop down menus only cover serial numbers.

Also if you still have the box it will be on a small white label affixed to the side. It's also etched into the back of the tablet and will either be SM-T500 for the WiFi model or SM-T505 for the LTE model
