Quick share problems

Hello

I have problem to transfer picture between my phone s24 ultra to laptop book4.

I am signed in on both devices and set-up share to everyone. From the phone I can see my tablet but not the laptop.

What else I can do to

I used an MSI laptop, now I bought a book4 so that it is from the same company as my s24 phone so that I can make transfers faster, as you can see that the Samsung ecosystem does not work properly

I sometimes find I laptop quick needs to be open, but are you saying even then it's not seeing it?

And if on your Book4 if you go into Samsung settings, I think under connections and check.

Can you try going back to quick on your laptop and then, turn who can see you to everyone

Samsung updated
You have to press on all Samsung apps that they will go to Microsoft store, and they will update automatically. You just need to press on each and be patient. Same for Samsung drivers.

Yes I do think Samsung Settings is missed by many, it has everything you need.

Good to hear it sorted.

Fortunately or unfortunately my mobile is off for repair so trying to quickshare I came up with your issue.

Also, find the Galaxy Book Experience app on your Book4, definitely worth a skim to see what topics you maybe didn't know about.

Once you have you Book4, mobile and tablet linked, say if your using your Book4 you can utilise its keyboard and trackpad to control your mobile or tablet, I preferred this to Microsoft Phone Link.

At work, I do picture etc with the phone at the end of the work. I have to export to Excel and some time link to the phone, not working perfectly for me. This is the reason why I bought a Samsung laptop 🙃
