i hope that this is the right place to ask this question. everytime i try to send a video, no matter how small, my camera tells me (in so many words) that the file is too big because of the resolution. how do i lower the resolution on the camera. i have been through ALL of the settings MORE than once.

Hi @emmAh.

You should be able to lower the video resolution in the camera's Shooting Mode by Menu > Movie Size, and selecting one of the options:
