Gear 360 with android 5

I have got a gear 360 2017 and with android 5 running. It says the app is not compatible the spec says it is with android 5.

I hope I have not got to return the camera until the new note comes out!

Any suggestions to make it work with the note 3?

Hey @Martinkent,

Here's a snippet taken from our website that should help to clear up which devices are supported. It doesn't mention the Note 3, however if you have a PC or Mac available you should still be able to make and view content. :robothappy:

The list says "compatible devices include" perhaps it should say "only" as the reference to android 5 or higher is how i read it !
