    <description>Hi and welcome to the community, unfortunately you have posted this on the UK Samsung Member forum, since you mentioned T Mobile I assume you are in the USA? You would be better off posting in your regions forum for help as we in the UK have 30 days after purchase to add Care + but this might be different in your area.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Before purchasing an Xcover7 Pro I talked to a rep here at Samsung who suggested I go through T-Mobile to purchase our phone and then come back here to set up the Care+ plan.&amp;nbsp; So, now I come back after purchasing and setting up the phone, go tot he Care+ webpage, enter my serial number and IMEI numbers and now the system is telling me that my device is not eligible for Care+.&amp;nbsp; What the heck?&amp;nbsp; No I'm stuck on a 2 year contract without protection coverage that I intentionally called in advance on in order to avoid issues like this.&amp;nbsp; Does customer service just lie to make their quota or something?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
