The S22series wiil probably be the last one it gets, not sure about the S21FE as that reached the end of support now.

I really do not think the S21FE will receive one Ui 8.5, one UI8 was reported as the last os update . The Device will still receive security updates until January 2027. https://endoflife.date/samsung-mobile

S21 FE is promised four generations of Android OS updates, which ends with Android 16. But, since the One UI 8.5 is also based on Android 16, there's a very good chance it will come to S21 FE as well. Hopefully, Samsung will release the schedule soon to offer us more clarity.
