I recently purchased a Galexy A17 and I can't figure out how to pair my buds to the new phone. Any suggestions will be gratefully received. Mamy thanks. Nikki

Hi @n1que Is it the Jesebang YT18 Buds?

Ensure they are fully charged and that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone. take the Buds out of the case to enter pairing Mode, they should automatically pair. The Device should find them and you will be able to connect.

Got these instructions for the YT18 Buds online

Step-by-Step Pairing Instructions

Activate Pairing Mode: Remove both earbuds from the charging case. They will power on automatically and begin to pair with each other.Verify Connection: One earbud will flash a white light, while the other flashes every three seconds, indicating they are ready to connect to a device.Connect to Device: Open your phone's Bluetooth settings, search for "YT18", and select it to connect.Voice Prompt: You should hear a "Connected" voice prompt when the earbuds are successfully paired.

Manual Pairing/Troubleshooting

Manual Power On: If they do not turn on, press the Multifunction Button (MFB) on both earbuds for 3 seconds.Failed Connection: If pairing fails, place the earbuds back into the charging case and repeat the steps.Reset: If only one earbud works, you may need to reset them by clearing the Bluetooth list on your phone and re-pairing.Automatic Connection: Once initially paired, the earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device when removed from the case.
