    <description>I'm still convinced that this update has caused my s24 ultra to not charge, when using the cable.&lt;BR /&gt;It also displays the "moisture detected " warning very regularly since then, where it was a superb phone before, with absolutely no problems.&lt;BR /&gt;Others have also had the same problems on here.</description>

      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I just recently got a S22+ and when I got the phone I believe it came with One UI 6 and then upgraded to UI 7. No problems everything was great and then I decided I'll upgrade to UI 8. HORRIBLE MISTAKE! My phone COOKS on games even with the graphics all the way down, brightness all the way down, extra dim mode on, dark mode, animations off, RAM plus off, FPS set to 60, cache partition cleared. I decided to factory reset only for it to be on One UI 8 immediately. I also noticed my battery drains way faster and just a couple days ago when I was on UI 7 I was getting 3-4 bars 5G UWB in my bed (~180MB/s download) now I get 1-2 bars of 5G (~70MB/s download). This is absolutely ridiculous that I can't even get the option to revert back to UI 7 unless I use a program called Odin which some people say may end up bricking your phone. My first smartphone was the Galaxy S1 back in 2010 and I tried iPhones and Motorola droids over the years just to always find myself returning back to Samsung because I was satisfied and comfortable with their products. Now after being a dedicated customer to this brand, I feel like I should return this phone and get a Pixel or OnePlus instead. I don't know what Samsung did wrong but One UI 8 needs some SERIOUS FIXING!&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

Turn off the device.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Connect To Computer , other Device or TV USB, Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key&lt;BR /&gt;3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.&lt;BR /&gt;4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.&lt;BR /&gt;5.       <description>UI8 f***ed my A54, no sim recognition, severe battery drain, have binned it and bought a Motorola. My advice is don't update.</description>

      <description>The new one ui 8 keeps closing down pokemon go on my phone (samsung a16) it the only app after the update that keeps closing and not working. I restarted my phone and uninstalled and it still crashes</description>

      <description>I had an a15 updated it to one ui 7 and was working fine I recently updated it to one ui 8 and almost immediately the battery started to drain even while on charge I put it in airplane mode and checked it the following morning it started working and recharging as you'd expect except for 1 problem it had disabled system volume controls on all the apps and not only that it was causing games to crash sometimes 3 times in a row.... moving on barely 3 days later the battery started to negative charge again.....even while on it's charger and that was the final straw I had no option but to use my Samsung s20 fe which my friend gave me because she no longer wanted it.....without that stroke of luck I would've been left high and dry by one ui 8 update that wasn't even really necessary and did nothing but caused unnecessary and unwanted problems yet Samsung knew that the a15 isn't optimised for the update yet insisted on forcing it..why? is anyone's guess....Samsung is starting to go down the same route that caused the collapse of HTC and that is pushing updates that cause nothing but problems for their customers</description>
