Hi all, i think i have posted about this subject before, but still the problem is not resolved. Even though i have the volume up to it's highest, i can barely hear my sister when she face times me, (video call). Is there anyone else having this issue? She is on ios if that makes any difference. Thanks. Xxx

Which phone do you have please? It's worth checking your speaker grills to make sure they haven't been blocked by any dirt or debris. Also double check that the the audio is set to speaker while in the call. Call apps often default to receiver instead.

Aside from listening to both speakers, there should be an option in the call itself to change the audio output. Where the button is located is hard to say, as it varies depending on the app.

With VoIP (internet phone calls), max volume and audio clarity can vary wildly depending on the service provider. It could just be a characteristic of this app's calls, if it only affects this app.
