Dear All,

I have issue with my phone. I have locked it (it is almost a year since I can not access to my phone) but I am still trying, although no luck.

Is there any way that I can bypass pass code and enter my phone? I have found how to enter safe mode, but phone still asks for a password to enter... The phone is old, have not used it for almost 3 years, but still want it to be operable.

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Forum

From the same menu as safe mode, you "may" be able to factory data reset

It should be shut the phone down, hold volume up, power and the home button, release when the samsung logo appears.

Using the volume buttons to move and power to select, select reset device/wipe device. It will reset all the data but I'll unlock the device

You can't. There's no way to remove the code without wiping all data.

Technically due to how old that phone is, there's probably some exploit or third party software that might be able to hack into it. But normally and officially, you can't keep any data and remove the code

Hi! Welcome to the Samsung Members community!

It's a choice of remembering the login or factory reset and losing data.

There isn't another option... otherwise, thieves would be having a field day.
