Hi everyone,

Does anyone know why my Samsung Galaxy A13 doesn't receive any more updates?

I have only had the phone for 2 years and now it seems it is no longer receiving any more updates??

And help would be greatly appreciated!!

The a13 got 2 years of software support. So you are correct in noticing that. Since your device is 2 years old, it now no longer gets system updates.

It will get security updates though for 2 more years. It will probably get those bianually so expect probably 4 more updates over 2 years

Ok thank you so much for the time and help!! Very appreciated. Is there any way to, in a way, pay to get software updates? Or to in a way, increase the amount of years my device is covered for??

There isn't no. More expensive phones have more years of updates. Eg, my s25 gets 7 years of full updates, the a13 gets 2 years of full updates and 2 more years of security updates.

So if you want more years of updates, you might be after a higher end device
