Is there any option to know the Samsung phone's official activation date before buying? It will be very helpful for me if anyone can assist me in determining the activation date.

On one ui 7 there is. The first turn on date is listed under battery health. Though since you posted under other smart phones, guessing you don't have one ui 7.

If you visit https://android.com/find click your device, press the cog above it, you can see when your google account was first connected. This doesn't account for if the device has been reset though

I don't believe you can. Only https://android.com/find would work for you.

Though if you wanted to look. Settings, about phone, battery information, first used date. Though I'm guessing since you are on one ui 6, that won't be there for you

No, OneUI 7 on S24 ultra doesn't have that info because Samsung "forgot " to put it in battery health

That's not same as info WHEN your phone was activated. if you got returned phone as new, that first date will be registered as date when phone was activated.

Assuming you signed into your current Google account on the day you first got this device, you can check your first sign in (device activation essentially) to Google by going to "Manage your Google Account" via any of your Google services displaying your Google profile. Once there go to the Security tab and select "Your devices" and then choose the device you wish to check. It will show the first time that particular device signed into your Google account.

I'm using s25 ultra but I can't see battery health. Should I update my phone to the current patch level? (1st may 2025)

You should always update your phone as much as you can. But the battery stays just aren't there for everyone sometimes

Battery health is not for everyone? Do you think it's only available for some brands or some countries?

I'm really not sure. From what I've seen online, most s25 series phones do have it but some just don't.

Not confident on this part but most uk phones seem to have it. US phones I've seen a few times not having it
