Get rid of bixby

My alarms are no longer ringing nor my WhatsApp when someone calls. Does anyone know how to get rid of the bixby. I deleted them all off and started again and it just reappears as the sound but it doesn't do anything. Thanks in advance

I don't use Bixby myself.

For alarms I use the Samsung Clock App.

I don't think bixby has anything to do with not receiving any WhatsApp calls.

I don't use it, i just do everything manually on my phone, ar at least most of it.
You have the option to not use Bixby.

No definitely didn't get the option, set up new alarms and it appeared on its own. Weird I know.

Maybe you accidentally activated it by pressing the power button.

You can effectively disable Bixby by remapping the Side Keys. Go to Settings-Advanced Features-Side Key and choose your options. See more information here https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-turn-off-or-disable-bixby-on-your-galaxy-phone/

In Advanced features also check Bixby and ensure Voice wake up is turned off.

Coming with some extra help too.
To deactivate Bixby on a Samsung Galaxy device, you can change the Bixby side key settings or disable Bixby voice. You can also unlink Bixby from your Samsung account.
To change the Bixby side key settings:
• Go to Settings and tap on Advanced features.
• Tap on Bixby.
• Tap on Bixby key.
• Change the "Press and hold" option to "Power off menu" instead of "Wake Bixby".
• You can also change the "Double press" option to something else if desired.
To disable Bixby voice:
• Go to Settings and tap on Apps.
• Select Bixby Voice.
• Tap on Bixby Voice settings.
• Turn off Voice wake-up.
• You can also turn off other features like Automatic listening and Use while phone locked.
To unlink Bixby from your Samsung account:
• Go to Settings, then tap on Bixby within the Advanced features menu.
• Tap on Leave Bixby.
• Follow the prompts to unlink your device and sign out of your Samsung account.

I don't understand how it got activated in the first instance, weird. I am technically challenged. I set up a new alarm and I have no sound. I set up a Samsung clock app. Just gone off and no sound, I am not getting any notifications when I get a text. I do not understand it at all. Thanks for help. Bixby is off.
