I put it on charge for a while and attempted to normally reset it. When that didnt work I preformed a hard reset and the phone vibrated but also did not turn on. Welcome to the Samsung Members community.<BR /><BR />Press and hold the power button and the volume down button simultaneously until the phone restarts.<BR /><BR />Have you tried another cable and plug? This is normally the reason.<BR /><BR />If still nothing, I would say contact customer support.
