    <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;My wife and I both have Galaxy A54 5g&amp;nbsp;phones. There was an update earlier this week which seems to have caused a problem.&amp;nbsp;Both phones are&amp;nbsp;running slower, and the using a USB cable to transfer data and images to my laptop won't work, it's charging instead and I can't find a way to change it. Welcome to the Samsung Members community!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;After an update I suggest going to app store/ samsung store and making sure everything is up to date too&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Check cables/ did that exact cable work before?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Clear cache partition&lt;BR /&gt;Plug into pc/laptop&lt;BR /&gt;1. Turn off the phone&lt;BR /&gt;2. Press and hold the Volume up and Side buttons&lt;BR /&gt;3. Release the Side button when the phone turns on&lt;BR /&gt;4. Press and hold the Volume up button until the phone enters Reboot Mode&lt;BR /&gt;5. Use the Volume buttons to select Wipe cache partition&lt;BR /&gt;6. Press the Power button to confirm&lt;BR /&gt;7. Use the Volume buttons to select Yes&lt;BR /&gt;8. Press the Power button to confirm&lt;BR /&gt;9. Press the Power button to select Reboot device</description>

      <description>Hi.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is your phone unlocked when attempting the USB transfer?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ideally it should give you option to transfer.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I don't have the A54 but there is a way to force it via developer mode if it's an issue if I remember correctly.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Try the below&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://deviceguides.vodafone.co.uk/samsung/galaxy-a54-5g-android-13/connectivity/transfer-files-between-computer-and-phone/" target="_blank"&gt;https://deviceguides.vodafone.co.uk/samsung/galaxy-a54-5g-android-13/connectivity/transfer-files-between-computer-and-phone/&lt;/A&gt;</description>

      <description>Yes it's unlocked transferring photos and video was straightforward until the update last week. Now it won't work apart from charging</description>
