Change the country region

I have Galaxy 10+ a year before relocated to UK from Oman, the phone purchased in Oman.

Here the problem started, couldn't install the necessary apps, as the country region is still Oman couldn't change.

Kindly help to change the region.

This can be the issue with using a phone that's been released to be used in one country and then used permanently in another.
