Hi There I have problems with the clipboard on these two phones the s21 ultra and my A55 5G I can't access the clipboard by right-clicking or touching and holding to bring up the options menu and there I only get autofill and paste if I recently copied something but not clipboard is accessible just from the on-screen keyboard If you have any suggestions on how to fix this it has occurred since updating from the old one UI to the latest of 6.1 on these two phones you can contact me on the following email address (andre********@gmail.com ) or here

In regards to your issue if a phone is misbehaving after an update then one good troubleshooting step is Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files.There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too { Possibly excluding the s²⁴ Series of phone's }
