Are you using a genuine Samsung charger?

Are you using a genuine Samsung charging cable?

What have you tried so far to fix this?

Some troubleshooting steps are >

Ensure your charging port is free of dust and debris via using a torch.
Usb reset.
Settings > Apps > Tap the 3 lines with the downward facing arrow, to the right of 'Your apps' > Show system apps (toggle this on) > OK > Scroll down, and tap on 'USBSettings' > Storage > Clear cache > Clear data, then restart your device.
Use a different Samsung data cord and charging brick.
Run the diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members App.
Send feedback via your Samsung Members App too.
A Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone.
