Want some smart tags... but a £34 price for something like that is unjustifiable.

Any copies which do the job and work with samsung find?

Depending where you are they do go on sale now and then even on Samsungs official shop. So keep checking. Also the 1st gen are good as well

It's a matter of opinion, value of an items is down to the individuals
If tracking is your luggage or keys or bags are important then it's worth it, if not that important then it's not

I've just purchased a Samsung Smarttag² from amazon for £20 which I found reasonable.
