Hi, and welcome to the community

I've found that after a certain time period YouTube prompts you to acknowledge you still want to listen. If you don't hit 'yes' then it turns off. You won't see it because you're asleep obviously.

"Separate Sound" app not working correctly HELP!

I have an S9+. Some say a dinosaur, but idc, I love it! I decided to try the "Separate Sound" app pre-installed by Samsung. Wish I hadn't. It doesn't turn "off" with slider in "off" position & selections are grayed out. On top of that, it doesn't work correctly when on! I listen to YouTube on my BT Headphones every night-mental health issues. It will connect YT to my bt device but after a period of time, it stops playing on bt device & YT turns off. I'm usually asleep but I wake when its been quiet a while. I tried changing to an app other than YT. Then set my YT output directly to the bt device & turn on "do not disturb" on my phone. It still affects YT! The DND is the way I played music overnight undisturbed & it worked great. I was just curious about the "separate sound" function. I tried installing "Good Lock" & "Sound Assistant" from Galaxy store w/no help there. I need to fix whats wrong! (or get rid of the option which i don't think is an option) How can I fix this?HELP! I do not want to buy a new phone-I love mine. On top of that, a new phone is so not in the budget. At all.
