I restarted my phone to try and fix some lag that was happening but the phone restarted and then before it could finish it flashed the message in the picture below and restarted again. This kept on happening until it died. soft resets don't fix it and recovery mode does not work.

Bit blurry, I'm afraid. However, hold down the power button and volume down button simultaneously for approx 10 secs (phone screen goes off). Release buttons when the phone vibrates and the Samsung logo appears. Hopefully, the phone will reboot normally.

If you're having to ask, then probably not. Sometimes, the message you have received is due to the device being 'flashed' with a custom ROM or firmware. I was asking as this would determine your next course of action. Is the device still stuck in the boot loop?

For now, and it's not a quick fix, but seeing as you can't use your phone anyway, you have nothing to lose.
Plug the phone into the charger and leave it powered up and charging. Allow the boot loop to carry on going indefinitely. I've heard reports that eventually, the phone will boot up normally. How long? Who knows. Maybe a few minutes or several hours. The reason for leaving the phone on charge is to prevent the battery from draining completely whilst you wait for the boot loop to stop.

Dear Samsung,

I've noticed a recurring issue in many Samsung models, including mine, where the device enters a constant restart loop. Approximately a month ago, my device was stuck in this loop for nearly two days before it finally reached the home screen. However, every time I connect to WiFi or switch off due to battery drain, it reverts back to the restart loop.

I had hoped that a software update would resolve this, but after updating today, the issue persists. The device returned to the restart loop and it's uncertain when it will exit this cycle.

I've observed that this issue is prevalent across various Samsung smartphone models, not just mine.

Please could you investigate a permanent solution for this problem and provide guidance?
My Model : Samsung Galaxy F23 5G

I had almost the same problem with my Samsung Galaxy 32A 5G a while back, i got whitescreen of death after a update failed. I managed to fix it with Smart Switch.

However, now my sisters phone, wich is the same model, have just this problem. Just constent reboot loop. And it is so quick that the samsung logo never shows, it is only a black screen. But when connected to the computer, it is reconized by the computer for a second, then it disconnects agian. And it keeps doing this in what sems to intervals of 20 seconds. So there is no time to use Smart switch or Odin, and I cannot hard reset or boot it in safe mode.

I'll do what is suggested and let it be charged and keep booting until, if lucky, it will actually boot up normaly again.

It must be a firmware issue, sens it happend after an "optimazation reboot". I do not think any hardware is damaged. If it boots up, there is atleast a change to make a backup of the phone, and factory reset or force latest firmware update to it.
